So this night is going to be rather special with 2 originators of the UK dance scene, Colin Dale and Trevor Rockliffe under one roof. These 2 longtime friends have not actually DJed together in London for many years, so this is a unique opportunity to see them back behind the decks. These UK boys will be joined by a host of international talent and we’re especially happy to have Moni and Hemlock (Bluebeat), 2 rising stars of the house circuit who throw the legendary Solidkiss parties and who wil be joined by their resident Igor Teixeira. Lastly we have Pedro aka Zorion, one of the duo behind the highly successful Techscover/ Dubscover DJ battle nights which are starting to be franchised all over the world, searching for the best DJ talent the UK has to offer.

WORLD CLASS HOUSE, TECH HOUSE AND MINIMAL:
——————————————————————————————–
TREVOR ROCKLIFFE:
Trevor Rockcliffe is a world renowned DJ and Producer of the highest calibre. There are few around with his versatility and pure feel for the funk and he is regarded as a leading light by the likes of Carl Cox, Slam and Laurent Garnier to name a few.
Trevor first started off at the small but infamous club Zigi’s moving on to a residency at Troll club in London. Then when Carl Cox started up his Ultimate DJ Agency, Trevor was the first to be signed up, from this point on, there was no looking back. With a passion to entertain and educate, Trevor went on to gain DJ’ing spots at two of the best Techno Nights in London: “Garage” and “Trade”, both of which have Trevor to thank, in part, for their success. His DJ’ing ability has taken him all over England and across Ireland, to DJ’ing around the world in places such as Australia, New Zealand, Portugal and Prague, in popular clubs such as the Rex (Paris), Dorrien Gray/Tresor (Germany), Industry (Canada), Twilo (New York), Fuse (Belgium), including the well known raves Dance Valley (Holland), Love Parade, Dance Planet, Tribal Gathering, Homelands……………. 1998 saw Trevor become resident at the ever-popular Ultimate Base club in London, along with Carl Cox and Jim Masters.
Following a short lull in production, after his acclaimed “Visions Of You”, Update’s “Techno Tune Of The Week” on Ultimatum Trax, Trevor has returned with an inexorable drive. He has recently produced phenomenal E.P’s for the likes of Bush: Wax Magazine’s “Single Of The Month” (”Let’s Get Together”), Primary Records, Primevil, Dark House Music (Move That Body), Christian Smith’s Strive and Carl Cox’s In-Tec label, with one of the most sought after tracks for the Y2K “Definition Of Love”.
Earning the title of “one of the funkiest Techno DJs around”.
COLIN DALE:
A long time champion and pioneer of London’s electonic dance scene, Colin Dale is a DJ that has travelled to some of the world’s best festivals and clubs from London to Paris, Ibiza, South America, Asia and this year – Australia. Last year he was a special guest oof Paul Van Dyk at Vandit club, Berlin, DJ Hell’s album launch (DJ Gigolo) as well as interviews in Skruff, Guestlist magazines and the film ‘We call it Acid’. This man is one of the true originators of club scene, who cut his teeth on Kiss FM while it was still a pirate radio station and played alongside the likes of Trevor Nelson, Tim Westwood and Fabio. Now running (along with Rob Hughes) a very successful DJ agency – Wildlife –AM with some of the top names in the house/ tech-house world.
Also known as a red hot producer, he’s also had releases recently on Plastic City, Endemic, We Continue, DJ Centre, Evasive and more.
BLUEBEAT - SOLIDKISS RESIDENTS:
Moni, the Viking Princess herself, has played along side dj’s the likes of Tall Paul, Marco V, Hybrid, Sister Bliss, Marcus Schultz, Mauro Picotto, Lisa Lashes and Judge Jules just to name a few!
Askeladden and Moni VP formed BLUEBEAT in Stavanger (Norway) back in 1998, originally as a Techno/Trance concept. After a period where Moni VP was busy sorting herself a DJ career in London and Askeladden focused on his solo productions, they finally decided to give BLUEBEAT a fresh start in 2006. Now they had both grown older so their expressions, tempo and style had matured significantly.
In 2007 Hemlock, owner and operator of Cube Live, joined the BLUEBEAT team. This was an easy and natural decision as his similar music taste was uncanny, often thinking the exact same thing when producing. It was as if he had been the missing piece of the puzzle to finally complete the BLUEBEAT trio! Quickly they became a strong, dynamic and innovative team, bringing their extensive experience, passion and talents together through their gorgeous display of sounds.

IGOR TEIXEIRA - SOLIDKISS RESIDENT:
Igor Teixeira, aka Jesus Del Norte was born in Portugal where he played the club and bar circuit on the island of Madeira since 2001.
His passions and forte lies in Tech House, House Tribal and Progressive House. At the age of 22 he moved to the UK to discover the London DJ scene.
He has played for SOLIDKISS at Turnmills in December 2007 and Ministry Of Sound on September 2008.
ZORION:
Zorion got into the music scene after going to electronic music parties in the late 90’s. He immediately got hooked by the whole experience, the music, the people and the Dj and felt that he needed to express himself through it. After a while, he got a pair of turntables and a mixer and started spinning records at some house parties and later at some local bars and small venues in his hometown, Lisbon. His skills paid off after Paul Oakenfold and Daniele Davolli voted him the Portuguese winner of an international Dj contest. This was his opportunity to start sharing the Dj booth with big names such as Timo Maas, Pete Tong, Ferry Corsten, Sander Kleinenberg, Gwill Morris, Herbert and playing at bigger parties across the country which he so enthusiastically did. Seeking for more knowledge and always looking to develop new skills, he moved to London to study audio engineering. You can currently find him promoting his 2 monthly nights called Dubscover/Techscover, a place where new talents in dubstep and tech-house music are discovered every month. Stay tuned for more news.
